Creamy Berry Peach Smoothie
This delicious, creamy smoothie is a blend of just 4 healthy ingredients. Preparation is very easy, and using canned peaches with no sugar added makes it super yummy!
PREP TIME :
- 1 can (15 ounces) sliced peaches in 100% juice, drained (1½ cups peaches)
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- ½ avocado
- 1 cup almond milk
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree.
