CAL/SERV : 22 PREP TIME : 10 MINS YIELDS : 6 SERVINGS COOK TIME: 20 MINS INGREDIENTS 2 C broccoli, cut into florets½ small head cauliflower, cut into florets2 Tbsp lemon juice1 Tbsp olive oil1 clove garlic, minced2 tsp fresh parsley, chopped INSTRUCTIONS Steam broccoli and cauliflower until tender (about 10 minutes).In a small saucepan, mix the lemon juice, olive oil, and garlic, and cook over low heat for 2 to 3 minutes.Put the vegetables in a serving dish. Pour the lemon sauce over the vegetables. Garnish with parsley, and serve.
