INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups diced ripe cantaloupe, frozen for 30 minutes
- 1 frozen overly ripe banana
- ½ cup creamy nonfat vanilla yogurt
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 frozen Tropicana® Pure Premium Orange Juice cubes
- Splash of Tropicana® Pure Premium Orange Juice
- 2 teaspoons ground golden flax powder, optional
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine cantaloupe, banana, yogurt, vanilla extract, orange syrup, orange juice and flax powder in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into bowl or glass and garnish.
