INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups diced ripe cantaloupe, frozen for 30 minutes
  • 1 frozen overly ripe banana
  • ½ cup creamy nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 frozen Tropicana® Pure Premium Orange Juice cubes
  • Splash of Tropicana® Pure Premium Orange Juice
  • 2 teaspoons ground golden flax powder, optional

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine cantaloupe, banana, yogurt, vanilla extract, orange syrup, orange juice and flax powder in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into bowl or glass and garnish.
