Sour Cream Substitute
Easy to make and tastes like the “real thing”—Try this in place of sour cream on
beans, vegetables, fruit, and tortillas.
PREP TIME :
- 2 Tbsp fat-free (skim) milk
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 C low-fat cottage cheese
- Place all ingredients in a blender, and combine on medium-high speed until smooth and creamy.
