CAL/SERV : 50 PREP TIME : 5 MINS YIELDS : 4 SERVINGS COOK TIME: 15 MINS INGREDIENTS 1½ C frozen green beans, thawed (canned beans will increase sodium content)Nonfat cooking spray1 small yellow onion, sliced1 clove garlic, minced4 Tbsp imitation bacon bits¼ tsp cayenne pepper INSTRUCTIONS Steam green beans until they are tender, about 3 minutes.While the beans are being steamed, spray a large skillet with cooking spray and sauté onion and garlic.Stir in green beans, bacon bits, and cayenne pepper. Heat through.Serve warm.
