CAL/SERV : 96 PREP TIME : 20 MINS YIELDS : 12 SERVINGS COOK TIME: 20 MINS INGREDIENTS For salad:1 large mango, peeled and diced2 C fresh blueberries2 bananas, sliced2 C fresh strawberries, halved2 C seedless grapes2 nectarines, peeled and sliced1 kiwi fruit, peeled and slicedFor honey orange sauce: ⅓ C unsweetened orange juice2 Tbsp lemon juice1½ Tbsp honey¼ tsp ground ginger Dash nutmeg INSTRUCTIONS Mix the fruit together in a large bowl.In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients for the honey orange sauce and mix well.Just before serving, pour the honey orange sauce over the fruit.
