CAL/SERV : 69 PREP TIME : 5 MINS YIELDS : 4 SERVINGS COOK TIME: 25 MINS INGREDIENTS 4 small pears¾ C 100 percent orange juice4 tsp sugar INSTRUCTIONS Peel the pears and steam in a double boiler for 15 minutes.Mix sugar and orange juice, and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes.Place steamed pears on individual plates. Pour ¼ juice mixture over each, and serve.
